Description

Awhile back I posted the black and white version of this image. Since then I've developed the story that goes along with this and a few other images I've posted here. The look of the art and the story are coming together...slowly. More finished versions to follow.

If there was ever an image I posted here that needs to be viewed large format.... this is it.

Please CHECK OUT the LARGE VERSION.
Thanks for taking the time:)

I love the water reflection at the bottom. Man it was amazing without the color but this is unreal. On that note I second what HOON said.

I love this! I remember it being a favourite back when it was the pencil version. Lovely work... it gives me chills to think about having to walk down that path, but the castle at the end is pretty inviting. Hehe, I feel like one of those dragons could reach down and snap you up if they felt like it ;). Great work from you, as always.

It's very nice but it's a little too busy. My eyes go everywhere and I can't focus on any of the details.

Incredible! One of my favourites out of your gallery, fantastic colours, splendid concept, & crisp sharpness, something i always love to see. I am afraid i have no criticism to give whatsoever! The magical colours draw you into all the right compositional focuses (Alright, i admit your picture is so grand that it purges me to make up words ;)).

Keep up the magnificent work mr Straub!
